Zucchini Chickpea Grilled Cheese


Soak chickpeas over night
boil until soft and cool. In a food processor,
puree chickpeas, add some cheddar cheese.
In a pan saute grated zucchini with salt pepper and a little olive oil.

Spread chickpea mixture and vegetables over bread.
Grill like you would a regular grilled cheese, in a pan with a little butter
