Featured Healthy ingredients;
Cocoa Powder, is a concentrated source of polyphenols,specifically the flavan-3ols, and minerals, including iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and copper.
Quinoa, has the most protein of any grain, great source of vitamins & minerals - iron, magnesium, Vitamin E, potassium, amino acids, fiber - ideal for vegetarian or vegan diets.
Ground Flax, is an excellent source of omega-3 essential fatty acids. Ground flax is a very good source of dietary fibre and manganese. Flax seeds are also a good source of foliate and vitamin B6 as well as the minerals magnesium, phosphorus, and copper. In addition, flax seeds are concentrated in lignan phytonutrients.
