Hummus and Pita

4 cans of rinsed chickpeas
1 clove of garlic
cup of sour cream
2 lemons juice and 1 tsp of zest
3 tbsp of red wine vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

blend all together in a food processor until smooth.
 serve with warm pita bread and enjoy!
