Tomato Basil Pizzas

 

1 large whole wheat pizza crust 
2 Tbsp of dried basil
1 Tbsp of oregano 
1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp of salt and pepper
Shake in jar

2 cups of grated mozzarella cheese
8 sliced Roma tomatoes 

Directions,
drizzle  herb dressing over crust and add a thin layer of sliced tomatoes. Top with cheese, broil pizza until cheese is bubbling and crust is nice and crisp.

Pesto chicken pizza, really simple but very good.
Spread pesto on crust and sliced grilled chicken.
Top with marinated artichokes and asaigo cheese.
