Roasted Chickpeas

Soak dried chickpeas over night. The next day bring chick peas to a boil until soft. In a bowl, season with salt and pepper, 1 tsp of chili powder,1 tsp of garlic powder, 1 tsp of curry powder, drizzle with coconut oil. Roast in the oven on a cookie sheet for 10 minutes until perfectly roasted and golden.
Enjoy for the perfect snack!
