Teriyaki glazed halibut




In a glass dish place halibut
pour your favorite store bought teriyaki sauce over top.
Bake for at least 25 minutes.

Serve with Asian slaw
grate 3 carrots
dice 1 red onion
grate 1/2 a cucumber
a bag of cowlsaw mix of cabbage
Choose your favorite Asian dressing, sesame orange or peanut dressing

Steamed coconut rice
3 cups rice
1 can of coconut milk
5 cups of chicken stock
1/4 butter
3 tsp of salt

Bring all ingredients together in a pot on low, boil for about 20 minutes

Serve fish over rice and slaw on the side.

A light summer dinner, how can you go wrong!
