BBQ Chicken SALAD



3 grilled chicken breast with bby sauce on top.

2 head so romaine lettuce chopped
1 red onion sliced
1/4 cup of black beans
1/4 cup of chopped dates
1 avocado diced
1/2 a cucumber diced 
1/2 cup of crushed corn chips on top

Dressing
1/2 cup of olive oil
the zest and juice of 1 lime
1/2 a tsp of garlic minced
1/2 cup of mayo
1 tsp of pepper
1/2 tsp of salt 
1 tbsp of honey
1 tbsp of dijion mustard
blend all together in a food processor season to taste and enjoy!

Toss romaine in dressing and top with remaining ingredients in layers. Slice chicken on top and enjoy!


Enjoy this salad for dinner and pack some up for your lunch the next day to enjoy!
