Featured Healthy ingredients;
Cocoa Powder, is a concentrated source of polyphenols, specifically the flavan-3ols, and minerals, including iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and copper.
Quinoa, has the most protein of any grain, great source of vitamins & minerals - iron, magnesium, Vitamin E, potassium, amino acids, fiber - ideal for vegetarian or vegan diets.
Ground Flax, is an excellent source of omega-3 essential fatty acids. Flax is  a very good source of dietary fibre and manganese. Flax is also a good source of foliate and vitamin B6 as well as the minerals magnesium, phosphorus, and copper. In addition, flax seeds are concentrated in lignan phytonutrients.
Coconut, is highly nutritious and rich in fibre, vitamins, and minerals. It is classified as a "functional food" because it provides many health benefits beyond its nutritional content.
