Lemon Herb Chicken Skewers

      
         
   Ingredients
   4 Chicken Breasts
   the juice and zest from one lemon
   2 tbsp of oregano
   2 tbsp of chopped parsley
   1 glove of garlic finely chopped
   ¼ cup of extra virgin olive oil
   1 tbsp  of dijon mustard
   ¼ tsp of red pepper flakes
   1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of pepper
 
    Preperation
    In a bowl, mix all your ingredients together and pour over
    chicken. Heat your grill up and cook chicken all the way through.

    Chef’s Tip’s
    For a light and healthy meal serve with a freshly made
    garden salad and some quinoa.This Chicken tastes so good you
    will feel so good after eating it, what more could you ask for?
